Is there a cost associated for making repair estimations?
Answer: No, estimation is FREE of charge!

Are you open on Saturday?
Answer: Normally no, however, vehicle drop-offs can be arranged if needed.

What is the expected turnaround time?
Answer: From the moment the vehicle enters our shop, we estimate job completion to be between one to five days depending on the level of repair needed.

Do you give out courtesy cars while my vehicle is under repair?
Answer: Unfortunately no, we do not.

How will I know when my vehicle is ready for pick-up?
Answer: Upon leaving your vehicle with us, we will give you a good estimate on when you should expect it to be ready. Furthermore, we will contact you when we have completed the repair.

Q.
You advertise paintless dent repair, what is this?
Answer: Traditionally, incurred dents would require a body shop to repair and paint the entire section of the vehicle which often proved to be costly. Paintless Dent Repair is a new solution to dent repair that omits the need for painting and allows you to save considerably. Note however, that only smaller dent jobs can take advantage of this system.

Can you match my vehicles paint color exactly?
Answer: Yes, our shop is equipped with material to produce a nearly infinite array of colors.

How do I know if my vehicle is a total loss?
Answer: This is normally determined by the evaluator sent by the insurance company. A vehicle will likely be considered a total loss if the cost for repair exceeds the set worth of the vehicle - as determined by the insurance company.

Who chooses where I should repair my vehicle?
Answer: Your insurance may give you suggestions as to where you can send your vehicle for repairs however, it is entirely your right and your choice to decide which shop to send your vehicle to.
